About the Project
JMorton successfully designed and received land use and zoning approvals for Cottonwood, a multi-family development located along a major thoroughfare and commercial corridor.

Working with our Client, City of West Palm Beach planning staff, and the surrounding single-family communities, the Cottonwood complex was designed to cluster the buildings around a central courtyard and pool amenity area, provide green spaces for residents and connect to a small commercial plaza located adjacent to the site.

A large retention lake serves as both amenity to the southernmost buildings and provides separation to the neighboring single-family homes. JMorton is proud to be part of this successful infill redevelopment project which consistently operates at 96% occupancy.
