Jennifer Morton sits on the Board of Directors for this non-profit that offers hope and provides lodging, food, clothing, medical care and support to young pregnant single women. Jennifer performed the due diligence for the property prior to acquisition. The ministry is in the midst of a building campaign. Jennifer is working with the other board members to raise funds as well as request the donation of construction supplies and services from the construction industry. https://hannahshomesf.org

Soup Kitchen
Boynton Beach, Florida

The Soup Kitchen provides over 800 hot meals per day to those in need. JMorton assisted the Soup Kitchen with their expansion efforts by preparing the site plan that received unanimous approval from the Palm Beach County Board of County Commission. With this approval in place, the Soup Kitchen is moving forward with their vision to better serve the community with a larger dining room and additional office and storage space.

Habitat for Humanity
Palm Beach County

Jennifer Morton has been involved with Habitat for Humanity since 2004, serving as a Board Member as well as chairing the Property Committee. Jennifer utilized her planning expertise to identify property for the development of Habitat Villages. She assisted with site selection, site planning to maximize land value and entitlements for various parcels. Several JMorton team members are HH volunteers.

Inner City Youth Golfers Museum
Riviera Beach, Florida

This non-profit organization, founded in 2000, provides children the opportunity to understand, learn, play and enjoy the game of golf. JMorton provided entitlement, planning, landscape architecture and public outreach services for the proposed museum, located within the City of Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). 

Caridad Center
Boynton Beach, Florida

Caridad Center is the largest free clinic in Florida, providing medical and many other services to poor, uninsured and underserved families in Palm Beach County. JMorton obtained entitlements for the expansion of the Caridad Clinic in the western Boynton Beach area of Palm Beach County.
