About the Project
Approved as the first Multiple Use Planned Development (MUPD) in Palm Beach County’s Agriculture Reserve, Cobblestone Commons was designed to provide much needed services to the county’s western communities and help define the character of the area.  JMorton was responsible for community outreach, site plan design, entitlements and landscape design services to complete the vision.
Designed to emulate a tree-lined streetscape theme along the primary access drives, the shopping plaza provides amenities such as a central courtyard, decorative pavers, and generous planting areas. Working with the local neighborhood groups, JMorton was successful in not only designing a great product for our Client, but also providing the community with a space that reflected their vision.
