Christine has over 25 years of experience in the public and private sector of Landscape Architecture, civil plan design, site planning and municipal plan review in both Pennsylvania and South Florida. At JMorton, she uses her extensive knowledge in zoning entitlements, site planning, project management and multi-disciplinary project scope coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process in all aspects of development. This experience enables her to guide clients, both private and municipal, to develop and construct projects with the confidence to know that the possible constraints have been taken into account and mitigated early on in the process in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the client. Her tenure as a reviewer of municipal plan submissions in Pennsylvania, a project manager at the Department of Environmental Protection in the Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation, and Senior Planner and Project Coordinator for Palm Beach County, provided an opportunity to gain insight and experience of the public sector process in both land development and community site planning. This experience enables Christine to identify the wants and needs of the municipality as a client with the goal of aiding development within their policies, goals and objectives. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Landscape Architecture from West Virginia University, Registration in Pennsylvania as a Registered Landscape Architect, Florida registration pending.
